Has your mealtime become frustrating? I've been experimenting with foods with my son and finding that if it looks fun, he will eat it, including veggies! It may not always work daily, but it doesn't mean I'm going to stop trying. With all the fun suggestions on Facebook, Pinterest, and making my own visual meals that are a healthy version on a Lunchables pack, I think I'm getting the hang of it! Above I made what I call a "banana dog" by adding peanut butter and jelly to a banana inside a hot dog bun. There are lots of variations you can make with this of course, but I think the squeezable kind of PB & J work best. I would try a whole wheat bun or maybe try this with warm french toast, which can also be done to the roll. YUM!
