I take one of my sons baby spoon and plop and dollop onto a Tupperware lid. (I'm a little lazy... I realize this can be done with something like wax paper on a cookie sheet but I can't fit a cookie sheet in my side by side fridge/freezer) It takes only about 2 hours to freeze. He can eat as many as he wants and feels like it's a treat! Great for summer, teething gums, or for a kid with a sweet tooth.
Just don't pop them all out into a bowl and then leave the bowl lying around to melt. : )
You may pop them out and put them in a container if you aren't going to use in the same day as you make them, just be aware that they can get frost bite easy and taste not as fresh if not eating right away!
