My Body Competition is in 16 weeks! I need to find a way to make more time for fitness, incorporate my dog in that, eat MUCH cleaner and on point, and not miss a single day of weight lifting no matter how busy my personal trainer is. I can workout with him! (not going to lie, having a trainer is the best and makes me want to pursue it as my actual career! I will save that for another blog post).
I have created a plan to start doing meal prep on Sundays and Mondays so all my meals are planned in advance and I won't have to guess what I am eating when.
I will be adding more fitness into my busy life by doing 30 min workouts 5-6 days a week on top of teaching Turbo Kick two days a week and lifting weights with my personal trainer twice a week. It's going to take more time and effort, but in the long run it will be worth it. I am sitting on my ass all day for work so I need to think about my ass! Therefore, Insanity Max:30 and Piyo will now my incorporated in my fitness routine!
Now that my husband is home from his 5 week stint training for CDL-A with a large company, I now have my drinking buddy back. However, he can't drink at night cause he works 3rd shift now. Sigh.
My habit or craving is there, but my buddy can't do it with me. I need to work on drinking less again. I go through spurts. I need to cut alcohol out all together since it will ruin all my work for the show!
Life is always full of surprises. At first it was unwelcomed,but now it's the best ever. I just gotta figure out how to eat and workout myself around it!
