
I personally have a bunion on my right foot and have
high arches which makes purchasing shoes a major pain in the ass!
BUT
I've found a great pair of shoes for cross-training and running! They are called Nike Free
They are sweeping the nation like crazy! Men and Women love them, they are great for packing, and come in a ton of colors. You can also use them with Nike+ if you use that for tracking your milage! If you have not found out about them, be sure to check them out! They are lightweight, airy, provide just enough cushion without causing you to trip on yourself (in most cases anyways, some of us just have no balance!)
