You may eat this as breakfast, or as desert (just add a scoop of vanilla or caramel ice cream!)
- Apples (Macintosh work great!)
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Oatmeal (1 min or 5 min work best for this recipe
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Water
Toppings: Walnuts, yogurt, granola, or ice cream
1) Wash and core all apples, then place in a baking dish. I have a family of 3, so a bread pan works best in my house.
